Hi,

I am trying to test MDM with SCCM and Windows Intune. I have so far:

- setup a test SCCM environment
- got a Windows Intune Trial subscription
- installed the Support Tool for Windows Intune Trial Management of Window Phone 8 as instructed
- installed Windows Intune Connector on the SCCM Server 
- set UPN of my users in my test AD Domain to @[mydomain].onmicrosoft.com (I have no public domain)
- installed DyrSync with Password Sync Option enabled and imported all my AD Users into Windows intune. The users belong to Windows Intune Group (they are enabled in Windows Intune)

When I try to enroll my WP8 by using any of the imported users (via Company Apps) I am getting the following error message:

"This account isn't permitted on this phone"

On the SCCM Server in dmpdownloader.log I am getting the error DeviceTypeNotSupported!?

Hi,

I'd open a support case to start some troubleshooting but at the same time here are a couple things to look at:

1.  Is the user you're trying to enroll part of the user group you choose during the connector setup?  Have you looked at the cloudusersync log to make sure it has matched your user in the cloud?

2.  To test your user account's access to the service, log in to https://portal.manage.microsoft.com  - If it works, the user should be permissioned correctly.

I have also seen this behavior when a certain service goes down on ADFS.  If this is the only device in the WP8 group that has the problem, you can ignore my statement.  Also, make sure the user is in the InTune group as stated before.
