My WD Elements external USB 3.0 drive works fine on Windows 8.1 (my laptop) but is not recognized by newly installed Windows 10 (my desktop.)  No new drivers listed on Western Digital site. Any suggestions?

Did you mean it not appear in the Explorer?

Please open the Device manger to check if it detected there:

Right click start menu, select Device Manger.

If it appears in the Device Manager, assign the driver letter to it to make it appear in the Explorer.

If it doesn't appear in the Device manager, inset it to another computer to confirm USB itself is without problem.

If it's ok in another computer, switch another port to try again.
