Visual look of Sharepoint 2010 pages

I have migrated from Sharepoint 2007 to Sharepoint 2010. My home page looks fine (Sharepoint 2010 look) but all the site pages look all funky and appear to have the Sharepoint 2007 look. I have set the UI version to 3 via the gui but that did not resolve the issue. I have included two screen prints. The top is the home page which looks fine and the second is the funky look of the site pages. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
