We have maintain the visio files in our SharePoint, but if we update every time we must download and updated than uploaded the new files.

How we can maintain the Visio files by using Checkout and Check in option, like Microsoft

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to check out and check in the visio files in SharePoint.

After you require documents to be checked out before they can be edited, if you open the visio file directly, it is read only and you cannot edit and save it.

As a workaround, you can click the Files and Check Out Required, then you check out the file and you can edit it.

This option is not available if you edit a Visio file in your local synced library.
