Visio add-in for system center 2012-operations manager customize UI runtime error
i have read this guide to install visio add in for system center but when i open visio 2012 ,the windows below pop up.

I have installed:
1.visio 2012 premium
2. SCOMR2AuthoringResourceKit32.exe (include system center operation manager 2007 r2 authoring console and system center operation manager 2007 r2 authoring resource kit)
3..net framwork 3.5 sp1

I have reinstall the visio 2010 and download a trial version from here

And reinstalled the visio plugin from here

But when i open visio 2010 , a windows popup ask me to install the plugin ,but there was an error.

yes , I uninstalled the visio plugin by using Add/remove Console panel first
the strange thing was : there was no OpsMgrAddIn.dll.config file in the visio addin installation folder.
But the file content in opsmgraddin.dll.manifest contains those lines
