yes , I uninstalled the visio plugin by using Add/remove Console panel first the strange thing was : there was no OpsMgrAddIn.dll.config file in the visio addin installation folder. But the file content in opsmgraddin.dll.manifest contains those lines <file name="OpsMgrAddIn.dll.config" size="3468"> <hash> <dsig:Transforms> <dsig:Transform Algorithm="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:HashTransforms.Identity" /> </dsig:Transforms> <dsig:DigestMethod Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#sha1" /> <dsig:DigestValue>rO0+NppJRo+C0/B+6f15BIYqiso=</dsig:DigestValue> </hash> </file>
