We experience alot of problems with VisioWebAccess, also with just viewing empty visio files in the browser.

Problem is with Sharepoint Online.

We get 500 server error when we are posting to _layouts/15/VisioWebAccess/VisioWebAccess.ashx?V=15&T=0&D=&P=-1&F=https%3A%2F%2Fsite.sharepoint.com%2Fsites%2Fway%2FVisiodrawings%2FSales.vsdx

The response we get:

Anyone experienced this problem?

I understand Microsoft is rolling out a Visio Update for Sharepoint Online, will this fix this issue?

In my SharePoint Online environment, the visio vsdx file can open correctly.

For a better troubleshooting, I suggest you can check the tenant uls log for more detailed information:

Thanks for the suggestion, it seems that the problem i now fixed.

I can see that the tenant is updated now.

Version now is vti_buildversion:SR|16.0.4230.1214
Version when we had problems vti_buildversion:SR|16.0.4121.1210.
Could this be the reason we had problems? Is visio updated?
