Visio Web Access is not available on this site.

I have configured Vision graphics service application but when file (.vsdx) is clicked, get error message as shown below.

"Sorry, we couldn't open your file using this feature. Visio Web Access is not available on this site."

Here is the things I have validated:

1. "SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection Feature" feature was already enabled but to confirm, disabled and enabled again uner "manage site collection feature";didn't worked. Also tried disabling and enabling feature via powershell - enable-spfeature; feature gets enabled but when tried to open file still give same error.

2. "SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Features" - Tried Disable/Enable; no luck.

About environment and service application setup:

- SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Edition, Visio service created with its own application pool and dedicated visio service account. After visio service was created, ran grantaccesstoprocess() on web application to assign appropriate permission to service account.

- Created secure store target application for unattended account and set this into Global settings of visio service application.

- Published service application as https. Initially it was default (http) but changed it to https but stil no luck.

Weirdest part is I have enabled verbose level logging for Visio but for some reason I am unable to find anything ULS log. I have went through other cases with same and one of above seems to resolve it but I haven't been able to make it work. Any advise or anything I missed?

Turns out visio service application was not associated with web application I have been working. So fixed it by go to Central Admin > Configure Service applicaiton association (under Service Applications) > Choose application proxy group (where web app was associated) and selected checkbox for Visio service application proxy.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
