We are facing an issue in one of our staging site, when we are trying to create new variation locale we are seeing that pages are not being propagated to the new target variations. This is happening in spite of selecting Publishing Sites and all Pages (Hierarchy Creation) at the “Create Variation Label” Step. We are also seeing that few existing variations are not having export\import variation menu option in site content and structure Earlier we were not able to create variation hierarchy itself, and error that we were receiving was Variation Root not set. You may have corrupted the Relationship List in MOSS's Variations. I have an app (free) that can check to see if your variations are corrupt and fix most problems. http://www.thesug.org/Blogs/lsuslinky/archive/2008/12/15/The_Variations_Editor_20.aspx.aspx Tim

I understand. For what it's worth, there is no install. Just the program's EXE that runs on it's own (no DLLs to install). So the footprint is very small.
