Using URL Access Parameter &rc:Zoom in Integrated Mode
Hey Does anyone know a way that a report deployed in Integrated Mode can be zoomed? Cheers Josh Ash

In native mode, the rc:Zoom URL parameter was critical in being able to resize components of a dashboard, or resize a report shown in a webpart. How can this now be achieved? If a report is shown in several different locations, with a different size webpart, do we need to create multiple copies of the report each with a different size? This would seem to be a poor situation. Josh Ash

Hi Josh, The rv: prefix pass report parameters in a URL to a report that is stored in a SharePoint document library, for the Report Viewer Web Part. For more information, I suggest you that refer to Report Viewer Web Part Commands section in the link below: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms152835(v=sql.105).aspx Related article: http://blog.summitcloud.com/2009/11/reporting-services-2008-url-parameters-for-sharepoint-integrated-mode/ Regards, Bin Long TechNet Subscriber Support If you are TechNet Subscription user and have any feedback on our support quality, please send your feedback here.Bin Long TechNet Community Support

Hi Bin Thanks, I'm aware of the rv prefix, but there is no 'rv:Zoom' parameter than can be passed, all we have is the standard zoom drop down on the toolbar - are you aware of any way that reports can be zoomed in Sharepoint Integrated mode? Cheers Josh Josh Ash

Thanks Bin, as I mentioned before I am aware of the Toolbar Zoom function. What I am asking is if there is a way of setting the zoom via URL Parameter? Or to be more precise - How is it possible to set the zoom factor of a report, via URL Parameter, that is on an instance of Reporting Services running in Integrated Mode? Such that it matches the functionality of the native report mode, where we can set the Zoom factor in the URL. Josh Ash

Hi Josh, I'm afraid that Reporting Services does not provide the functionality to set the Zoom factor in SharePoint integrated mode. I would recommend you submit a wish to the Microsoft Connect at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback. Thanks for your understanding Regards, Bin LongBin Long TechNet Community Support
