User voicemail disconnects

Today all of our EV/UM users mailboxes stopped working. When a call comes in it rings the user for 30 seconds then disconnects. If I run get-csuser... I can see ExUmEnabled is set to False, but when I right-click the SfB client icon I can see Exum Enabled is set to TRUE.

Hi,

It's ok if the Get-CsUser output shows ExUmEnabled : False when you're using Office 365 as your UM provider.

I can see that it says HostedVoiceMail : True and that its assigned with a policy, so it looks like your setup is correct.

For most cases in Office 365, if all your users can't access their voicemail I'd check to see if there's an issue with the Edge server as the connection between your on-prem and Exchange Online relies on that server.

Hi,

Agree with Yoav Barzilay.

Please check if the SRV record _sipfederationtls, HostingProvider or other federation setting be changed. If yes, try to correct them and then test again.

Best Regards,

Eason Huang
