User unable to see a web part of the sharepoint site
What does this have to do with workflow? This is the workflow forum.
Does the web part have Audience Targeting? Check to see if any audiences are specified in the web part settings.
Is he accidentally looking at Personal View instead of Shared View? SharePoint Architect || Microsoft MVP ||
