We have a user and when he signs into the website, he is unable to see a web part called Pending Approvals, i have checked what groups he belongs to and what user permissions he has for this site, funny thing is that he is in the same group as many other users who have no problem in seeing this web part. Checked all his user settings against other people in the group and they all seem to be identical. Also to eliminate an issue on his laptop, he has logged on to another laptop and tried from there, but still cant view this particular web part. Not sure where to look next or what to try.

What does this have to do with workflow? This is the workflow forum. Does the web part have Audience Targeting? Check to see if any audiences are specified in the web part settings.
