User state migration point role on a child site DP.
We have a Wan child site that has problems accessing our core servers for access to large files due to bandwidth issues. Can someone point me in a direction as to how to install a user state migration point on the child site Distro point
and configuring it to work correctly on the child site?

Not much to tell. It's exactly like installing any other site role on a site system:

You just need a folder on the target site system (not a share, the site role will create a sub-folder and its own share).
Also note, there is sometimes a weird permissioning issue that happens so make sure you give Local Service full control on the folder you create.Jason | http://blog.configmgrftw.com

How will the child sites systems know to use the state store role on the distro point instead of running home to our main state store? (which they cant do because of bandwidth).
