User profile replication engine is not replicating Personal site property value
I used the user profile replication engine to replicate the user profile info from one SSP to another SSP on the same farm.
All active directory properties values were correctly copied but the Personal site property value was not copied. I also realized that no property value that don't come from active directory was copied such as skills, mobile phone or birthday.
Anyone can help?

I just tested in my environment to find that the replication works fine for personal site property and skills property (i am working with
this version:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=cd2d09a7-1159-4d40-be1c-8efab1345381&displaylang=en
).
On the configuration tab of the tool, after click
the retrieve properties list button, you can choose which properties to replicate by checking the
replicate checkbox. Please read
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc850685.aspx
for detail.
And does the windows account with which you run the replication engine
has the permission to read these properties?
Can you find any error in the log files described in
http://blogs.technet.com/tapanm/archive/2009/07/15/understanding-user-profile-replication-engine.aspx
?

I'm working with same version: 4.0.
I have check all properties to replicate and the user that ran the tool has manage user profile permission on the SSP. Is this permission enough?
I had some errors on the logs but the errors were about not replicating certain users and not about missing fields on the replication.
From a total of 5,197 users 4,789 were replicated without the
personal site property and skills property (among other non-AD properties).
Any idea?ascampanelli - http://geekswithblogs.net/ascampanelli/

For user profile replication to work, the account with which UPR is running should have "Manager user profile" permission on destination SSP.
To troubleshoot if all selected profile property column in UPR tool are getting replicated or not, run fiddler tool. This will give you idea what values are getting retrived from source SSP and what is getting replicated.
What is the outcome of the fiddler trace logs.?
