User in Administrator Set sees regular user portal
After some more investigation, the user account was generating a duplicate objectSid error in the sync service. I did a full sync and the user could log in and see the Admin view of the portal. I guess the objectSid was incorrect or corrupt and that may have been an issue? Thanks, Sami

Hi, I have a user in the Adminstrators set. When the user logs in, she just sees basic user options, not any of the Administrator resources. I checked her Set membership and compared it to another user who is able to see the Administrator options when he logs in. They have identical Set memberships. I'm not really sure where else to check now. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks, Sami

Was this user added to the administrators set very recently? I think there's some cache which might be working against you. An iisreset might make it active immediately.http://setspn.blogspot.com

Hi Thomas, I tried iisreset and restarting the portal service, but no luck. Thank you for the suggestion! Sami
