I have a user who just got a new laptop. The new laptop had him updating from Office 10 to Office 13 - both use Windows 7. On his old laptop he was able to navigate to our SharePoint 07 environment and use the Edit In Datasheet mode on a list. Once he received his new laptop he can't even SEE that option. He's using IE8 and ActiveX is enabled -no why are you using SharePoint 07 and IE8 jokes :-)

Is there a compatibility pack, add-on, SOMETHING he needs to install to get his Edit in Datasheet function back? FWIW - I've logged into the SP site and I'm able to see and use this feature - Windows 7/Office 13/IE11 for me.
