I am unable to get the synchronization service started. I am using SharePoint 2013 with SQL Server 2014 w/SP1.

Tried all possible solutions. using farm account which is in the local administrator group.

Any Ideas?

Hi Shravan,

You need to install April 2014 CU for SharePoint, not April 2014 for SQL server, to fix the issue as Mohit suggested.
