User Profile Sync Issue
I have configured user profile service application successfully. Managed to create user profile sync connection and able to import all user profile from AD to SharePoint. My issue is when I go to CA > Manage Service Application > User Profile Service Application > People > Manage User Profiles > Domain\User > I can see the user got imported and when I check the user profile proerties, I can see they are properly updated. However when I go to mysite of that user I can not see his manager property is updated in his mysite organization chart. I also checked under Manage user property > user property 'manager' it is set to import with proper attributes. I suspect the properties got imported successfully in SharePoint however somehow it's not getting updated in Mysite Organization chart of user. Does anyone has any idea about it?

Hi, Can you try the blelow commands in the same order? They are safe. These command force the "quick profile syncoornization timer job" to run. stsadm -o sync listolddatabases 1 stsadm -o sync deleteolddatabases 1 stsadm -o sync Additonally you check when the last Quick Profile Synchronization timer job ran (CA -> Operations -> Timer job definitions -> Select view as "Web Application" -> Select you my site web application -> Click on link with title "profile synchronization" / "quick profile synchronization" to see when the timer job ran last. Hope this helps.Regards, Nikhil Sharma Dharanipragada
