User Profile Service Application - Incremental Synch Not Working

I have a user profile service application running in my environment fine however I find that changes made to AD will not come through to SharePoint unless I run a full synchronization. If I run an incremental synch then the updated data in AD does not come through to SharePoint.

My farm user has access to replicate AD changes.
