Hi,

We just added 2nd WFE Server to our Farm. So now we have WFE1 and WFE2. The issue that i am seeing is when i access mysite from the WFE2 server the user profile picture's url is pointing to WFE1's mysite. 

So lets say: http://mysite1 is the mysite for WFE1 and http://mysite2 is the mysite for WFE2. 

Now if i access http://mysite2 the profile picture is referencing http://mysite1. I checked to see that all the photos are there under User Photos on http://mysite2 and all the photos are there.

Do you think i need to do alternate access mapping of these server and then bind them to a DNS entry and use this DNS entry under "My Site Host Location" ? Right now http://mysite1 is listed under the "My Site Host Location"  This is a sharepoint 2010 farm.

Can you explain what you're trying to do? Typically when you have >1 WFE, you load balance them to provide high availability.
