Hello All, 

I've configured Mysite for Claims Users in SharePoint 2013. For the Users who are part of the domain where SharePoint is installed, their User Properties are show: 

But for the Claims User Profile Information is not visible. Not sure if this is related to the any web parts. Appreciate your help.

Are you referring to SAML claims? If so, that is by design. The UPA doesn't have a data source to pull information from for SAML users.  This might be a helpful guide:

Yes, I'm referring to SAML Users. I've already looked at that article and I was able to ensure that the user's logon information is their name instead of the email address. 

Is there any way to get that information? Do you have any technet/msdn article which says that this is by design?

Did you point the UPA at a data source where the SAML users originate from (e.g. Active Directory)?

Yes, I've them connect to their respective Active Directory via SharePoint Active Directory Import. All the user attributes and shows up in the user profile.
