User ProClarity settings lost in Windows 7

I have a new Windows 7 workstation with IE8.  When I launch ProClarity Professional (version 6.3.2215.318) on a new workstation, I generally tell the (sic) "Do you want to launch the User Tutorial" dialog to go away and stay away, then I change some user options and re-arrange the toolbar.  Previously, I only had to do that once - after I change the settings I'd close the instance of ProClarity Pro, and the settings would all remain afterwards.

Now, with WIndows 7, the settings don't "take".  The most annoying part of this is the Built in Tutorial dialog, because I don't want future Win 7 users accidentally launching that tutorial instead of the report they were trying to launch.

My soon to be former workstation has Win XP and also uses IE8.

Does anybody know how to fix this behavior?  I can't figure out if it's a Windows thing or an IE thing.

Thanks.

It turns out this is an IE thing.  I needed to have a Group Policy update that would include our PAS server as a Trused Site.  To check if you'll have issues, just look in the lower right taskbar in IE - if it says [Internet|Protected Mode: On] you'll have problems saving settings.  It should say  [Internet|Protected Mode: Off]
