I've been asked to grant a user access to everything another user has access to in our SharePoint 2010 environment. The problem is my organization hasn't used groups everywhere and there are a lot of folders that do not inherit permissions. Is there a way to see all the places a specific user has permissions?

Thanks for your reply. It appears to be what I'm looking for. I noticed it says it's for SharePoint 2013.  Should it work with 2010 as well?

it should work for SharePoint 2010 as well.
