Hello RR Netha, Thank you to post your question on TechNet forum. I tried to export the CSV file on my side, and found that the date is shown as the expected result, but I cannot reproduce to export the incorrect behavior. Therefore, I could provide you some suggestion on the report level to see whether it can solve this issue, and I cannot guarantee that it must solve this kind of issue. I hope you can understand it. From the export value, I consider that the incorrect behavior treats the date as a string. It is possible that we did not define the value type in the report so that the report will generated to the "General" type, which may be treated as string finally. Please try to set the type of the value in the Report as following. 1. In the BIDS, select the cell which shows the value. Right click and select "Textbox Properties". 2. In the popup dialog, select "Number" on the left pane. 3. Select Date or Time in the Category, and select the expected type. 4. Click OK to save and deploy the report again to the server. Then try to reproduce this issue to see whether it exists or not. Regards, EdwardEdward Zhu TechNet Community Support

Hi RR Netha, According to your description, I have tested the CSV file with the "M/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM" date format. If the date format of CSV file has the same format in the Region and Language setting, the filter work fine in the Excel. In your case, I think the problem is that the date format in CSV file is different from the default date format in the Region and Language setting of clients machine. To solved this issue, you can try to change the clients machine setting by the following steps: 1. Click Start. 2. Click Control Panel 3. Click Region and Language 4. Click Formats tab 5. Select English(United States) in the format list 6. Click OK Regards, Ian Wang Regards, Ian Wang Ian Wang TechNet Community Support
