Hi ppl, I am having one issue at my production server. Whenever user try to Upload Multiple files by using "Upload Multiple Documents " option, their browser is hanging out and have to use CTL+ALT+Delete to close the site. I have already increased the default upload size from 50 MB to 500MB. Client has installed M/S Office Standard 2007 on the server. is it office service pack problem? Any Idea HemendraHemendra

Hi Hemendra, Do any of the files that the user is attempting to upload have special characters in the file name like a double .. or & or + ? Have you tried this on another machine or with a smaller set of files - this is to identify whether there is a global or local issue, or whether the file set size is creating an issue... Do they have *any* Office 2003 applications (could be Outlook; Visio; OneNote ...) left on the same client ?Notices however that they have installed Office 2007 **on the server**. Hi, There are no special characters in file name. I have tried to upload some files from my local machine and its working fine but whenever i go to server then i get this issue. What version of IE are they running? I think there is a Service that needs to be running. look for Web Client in Services. Forgive me if this is repeat question, but is it behind a firewall? Are the client computers using a proxy in IE to access the internet and might be using that for a local address?Can you try obtaining another computer from outside your network? Hi David, Thanks once again to continue this journey with me. I dont know about firewall but they aren't using any proxy to access internet. This is intranet application and people are accessing it from different-2 location and city. What do you mean by local address? I have tried this in my company network (which is different from client network) and it is working fine. I have done one more experiment, i tell you what i did... I created one simple site in my development machine and accessed this site in production server and i found same problem. I am still stuck with this problem and cant understand, why it's happening.Cheers, Hemendra-MCTS
