Upgrading WSS 3.0 to Sharepoint Server 2007
I had WSS 3.0 installed on one of our servers. There was one site setup. I installed the Sharepoint Server 2007 and the site disappeared. Can I do an uninstalled of the Sharepoint Server 2007 for the site to reappear?

That depends on what you did during your new setup.
I take it you did a BACKUP of your site BEFORE you installed SP2007?
If so, I'd recommend going back to the backup. If not, you would need to look for the WSS Content database. That's where your old site is. Uninstalling SP2007 may not bring the site back.
You may also need to reinstall WSS and CONNECT to the old database. (DO NOT OVERWRITE THE DB).
When you reconnect to the old database, your site should come back to life again.
I trust that answers your question...

I was a dummy and didn't backup. It ran a configuration wizard at the end of installation, but I didn't do anything with that. It was automatic. I hope I can find that DB..darn it!
