Upgrading SCCM (SP2 R2) secondary servers to SCCM R3
Hi Experts - I would like to know, 1) Is there anybody in this groups tried to find out some automatic mechanism to upgrade all the secondary servers to SCCM R3 ? 2) What are the best options available? (I don’t want to spent my resource time for just clicking on the wizard and it’s not really productive approach.I have near about 300 secondary servers.) 3) Do we need to install Article 957576 if it is running with SCCM SP2 R2? NO right ? 4) Is there any chances of backlog in the child primary servers and central servers if I do secondary site upgrade (R2 to R3) in a batch (30 servers). I hope NO. I had exprienced these kind of backlogs while doing SP1 to SP2 upgrades in the environment. The server is busy processing the .SHA files and after completing all the .SHA files only it will start the package replication and other processes). Thanks Anoop CAnoop C Nair
