Where did you use the people picker? In a list column or anywhere else? Is it a custom people picker?

How did you migrate from classic-mode to claims-based authentication?

Hi,

You can also check the user information list in your migrated site if you found users , then try to use the same id in any of the people picker.

If its not resolved, then you might have migrated the site in different domain, i mean other than the source site's domain.
