Upgrade specific sharepoint 2003 sites to 2007
We have two separate boxes one running Sharepoint 2003 and the new one running Sharepoint 2007. The 2007 machine is already setup and running a portal and some team sites. The 2003 machine is running about 20 sites, but we only want to migrate 3 of these onto the 2007 server. Most of the documentation I have found is for full out migrations including the database etc, this is not what we want to do we just want the 3 sites from 2003 onto 2007. I found the DocAve Manager suite and am in the process of testing it out but I would like some other ideas or links to a step by step guide not involving this tool. Any help is appreciated!

I'd vote for the DocAve Solution.
