Upgrade from WSUS to SCCM 2007
Hello, I have a Windows 2008 R2 server, I install WSUS 3.0 and it is working good, NOW I need to install SCCM on this server, do I have to make any changes on WSUS or any other changes.

Hi, The better way is to start with a new installation of WSUS and without any configuration, all config should be done via ConfigMgr. Note that ConfigMgr uses WSUS to just download Microsoft catalog. Also you should disable or remove the existing WSUS domain GPO because the CM client will configure the local one. I concur with Bechir. There is no "upgrade" path as the patching methodology for the two products (even though ConfigMgr uses WSUS as mentioned by Bechir) is quite different. I think I have seen community based scripts floating around to help with the transition, but there is no built-in way to transfer your "approvals" or downloaded updates from WSUS to ConfigMgr.
