I have two servers one running Small Business Server 2003 x86 using SharePoint 2007 version 12.0.0.6545 The other is running Server 2008R2 x64 using SharePoint 2010 I want to migrate my existing SharePoint2007 site to the 2010 version. Is there a step by step guide? Thanks

Hi, There is a very good Technet resource on 2010 upgrade/ migration. Specifically check the upgrade approaches. Note if you have 32 bit hardware you won't be able to do an in-place upgrade. Hope this helps! BlueSky2010

Hi, Since you have the SharePoint 2010 up and running, it would make sense to choose "Database attach upgrade" without affecting the whole farm.
