Hello,

I am trying to upgrade the HP System Homepage with the latest version provided by HP.

Server Windows Server 2003

HP System Management Homepage 7.2.5.3

After the upgrade the service will never start giving an error:

What is the root cause of this issue? What could be done to resolve it?

I already contacted HP and they said it is a MS error...

I would call HP back as I don't see how this is a Windows problem. Even if it was, it is still HP problem to get their software working.

Try installing it on a clean system, and see if this resolves the issue.
