Update broke Web Application
I have three different development environments for WSS 3.0. I have just recently updated each server with the new update, but now the system says that my default port 80 web application can no longer be found. It does ask me for my logon information
but both the central admin page and default web application will not show up. I get a 404 error. Any have a solution for this?

try running this command psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -force if after running the command there is an error thrown check the error log it displays and pos the error that it has thrown

No errors occured, but I am still getting a 404 error.
