Unwanted input method added after enabling SteadyState
An unwanted input method (Chinese (Simplified,PRC) - Microsoft IME Pinyin) appeared after enabling SteadyState.
Any clues would be very much appreciated!

Before applying SteadyState

Default input method: Chinese (Traditional,Taiwan) - Keyboard
Other input method: Chinese (Traditional,Taiwan) - Quick, Chinese (Traditional,Taiwan) - Changjei

After applying SteadyState
============
Feature: locking the profile, restricting all permissions & Disk protection
Reboot: additional input method appeared!: Chinese (Simplified,PRC) - Microsoft IME Pinyin
Workaround failed: re-grant account with permission and the unwanted input method was removed. When enabled the SteadyState protection, symptom remained.
