Hi ncth, Did you use publishing template such as the publishing portal or collaboration? If so, try the following steps: 1. Expand _catalogs/Masterpage/Editing Menu 2. Check in every XML file in there publish a major version and approve those versions. 3. Check the default.aspx page in a browser. Hope this is helpful to you. Rock WangRock Wang MSFT
