I found the following as an unknown user on my computer: s-1-5-21-2764636085-1069498344-1096463802-1000
What does this mean?

I do not know the reason for landing on de Forefont Identity manager forum...
Could you please provide (a lot) more information on your situation?

On which system are you detecting the user? Is a domain joined machine? What type of machine? Which OS?
Did you check for the user profile on the disk or registry?

What does this mean?
If you have granted local rights to a domain user that doesn’t exist anymore or you can’t contact the domain ,the users is displayed
as a SID
