Uninstall button grayed out in Software Center even after Installing CU4 Update.

HI ,

We have issues with Software Center in client machines wherein the user can't uninstall the application as the button is grayed out. 

The user has to click  one more application under installed software to activate the Uninstall button.

Microsoft Support technician informed us to install CU1 update to resolve the problem. We have now installed CU4 update to our environment but the problem still persist.

Configuration manager version after update is : 5.00.7958.1501

Was the software just installed or was it installed more than 24 hours ago?

Hi,

It's a bug and hasn't been fixed in CU4. You could try to upgrade to SCCM 2012 R2 SP1.
