Unclear error related to Network Monitoring

Dears,
I got this error from SCOM.
Alert: Interface Utilization Alert
Source: IF-2
Path: 00-1B-D5-5B-B0-50
Last modified by: System
Last modified time: 3/12/2012 9:39:43 PM
Alert description: The utilization rate for IF-2 is over the specified threshold. The triggering value was 77.9265554177124.
but I cannot identify from which router or which switch it is coming from, do you have any idea?

In the Alert Details, can you see full path name? Another way is - Open Health Explorer. Select the monitor triggering the alert and go through State Change Events. In the Details of State change event, you will see the source/destination IP address.

In the alert details I can found the full path name, but this error i received by mail, how to import the full path name in the email ?

this is the same one as the path,
i think there is another one for the full path, do you have any idea how to list all these records.
