We are facing a problem that many users using other people credentials (username / password) to gain internet access

If the user do not have access of internet and browse for any webpage, IE prompt for a security box to fill valid user credentials. The user type those credentials which have access of internet.

i would like to know if we can disable the credential prompt. The IE checks the login username and authenticate the current login ID and do not prompt for other credentials to be accept
