Ours says there are 5, but only 4 show. The 5th does not allow the user to take it again or edit it. If look in the DB and I do see the 5 entry which matches what the List record shows in tp_ItemCount. What happens if I use SQL to delete the unwanted row and change tp_Itemcount to 4? Is there a better way to do this. BTW, we are on MOSS RTM, does this get fixed in SP1 or SP2? Thanks.
