In VMM 2012 SP1 UR2 I created a Self-service user role and added numerous (private, created based on this recommendation: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/virtualmachinemanager/thread/abf5887a-68fd-41f2-8e3c-0372581eeda9) VM networks under Networking for this role.

I can easily select the one I want if I'm logged in as an Administrator in App Controller 2012 SP1 UR2, but the members of the Self-service user role are unable to select any, it's grayed out. If I open up the VMM console as one of the Self-service members I have the ability to change VM networks.

It doesn't seem this is a configuration error on my part, perhaps KB2815569 doesn't fully resolve Issue 1: You cannot change the virtual machine network of deployed virtual machines.

I uninstalled KB2815569 so I was without any Update Rollups, but the issue is the same.

This works just fine now, I'm unsure what the solution was.
