we running server in native mode only few machines (nearly around 100 machines) not showing in the console but those machines are appearing in AD. i checked all system query in SCCM console it is correct then i have tried to install SCCM client on one problem machine waiting for the result.

what does the ad system discovery log says ? are they(computers) in discovered OU specified in Discovery method? IF so,try running the discovery method and update the collection membership. //Eswar Koneti @ www.eskonr.com

how to see ad discovery logs (all the machines are discovery expect few machines) how to check log file and what is root cause of this issue.

Hi Vishnu, Check the "ADSYSDIS.log" under logs folder in SCCM Installation directory. Also check the SCCM Discovery setting and check the OU (in which your machines are available) is specified in SCCM AD System group discovery or SCCM AD System discovery.
