Hi All I have recently converted a solution and project from VS 2005 to VS 2008. Everything has worked fine apart from one report. When I select to see the design of the report instead of being shown the 3 tables and the layout for the report I am shown 3 red x's where the tables are. If I preview the report, it shows me the report without problem, but I am unable to access the design to modify or view any of the expressions in any of the tables. I have found a similar questions on another website and the answer given was to install SP1. We have already done this and I am still getting the error. Has anyone else come across this or even better found an answer? Thanks for reading! Kaz

I suppose you migrate by running .net Migration wizard, if this the case did you save the log of migration or did you get any error while doing that.Gaurav Gupta http://sqlservermsbiblog.blogspot.com/

Hi I did use the conversion wizard in the Visual Studio 2008. There were no errors during the runnng of this. I think I'm just going to have to delete the report RDL file and start again! Thanks for looking. Kaz
