Not sure I understand. There is one console, with an Alert View (Monitoring). Are you talking about the roles? Operator VS Administrator?Regards, Blake Email: mengotto<at>hotmail.com Blog: http://discussitnow.wordpress.com/

Do you means user with operator role cannot see alert but user with admin role can view alert? If yes, check the following: Did operator role has restriction on viewing monitor objects? Roger

Yes i am telling about the Operator VS Administrator. The operator role cannot see the alert but user with admin role can view alert. Yes the operator role has restriction on viewing monitor objects.

Alright Sea Biscuit, I mean Horse. If it was working, what changed? Anything? No? Then bounce the box, and or bounce the services and see if that fixes anything. The other thing to pay attention to, when "operators" open the console is what are the management servers and or RMS Emulator saying in their ops manager event logs? Are there errors? Warnings? Let us know. Research that stuff.Regards, Blake Email: mengotto<at>hotmail.com Blog: http://discussitnow.wordpress.com/
