Hi JC, after checking the issue, it seems this is a general Windows XP or Windows Vista issue. As this forum focuses on Windows SteadyState specific issues, this inquiry would best be posted to the following forums: http://forums.technet.microsoft.com/en-US/itproxpsp/threads/ http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/default.aspx?ForumGroupID=204&SiteID=17 The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the newsgroups regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding. Also, for your information, you can try click Start, run, type CLEANMGR press Enter to run the tool and you can refer the following KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831426 Hope this helps!

JC I am 2 yrs late I guess but I am receiving the same error message. A year or so ago I was able to figure out what to do and fixed it myself but now I can't remember. Did you ever find out the problem and if so could you let me know? Thanks, Kissysquirrel
