when i delete and re create search service application i found below message in search administration page

Unable to retrieve topology component health states. This may be because the admin component is not up and running. 
 

now content source unable to crawl and search not working in publishing site how to solve this issue?

in farm

1 application servers

1 Search server( running all components except query component)

two wfe servers ( running query component)

Hi adil,

For this issue, I recommend to provision the WSS Usage Application Proxy using the following PowerShell commands to see if the issue still occurs:

$UP = Get-SPServiceApplicationProxy | where {$_.TypeName -like "Usage*"}

$UP.Provision()

In addition, as this issue can be caused by many reasons, I recommend to check ULS log to get more detailed error message for further research.
