Hello,

While I tried to open an external memory device, I made the device as password protected using Bitlocker Driver Encryption. I remember the password clearly. But whenever I am trying to open the device with correct password; the system is not responding. The same issue happened whenever I tried to open it using the recovery key. However, whenever I use any wrong password, it clearly says the password is wrong. 

Can anyone help me how to open the device?
