Unable to open SCOM DB Properties
Had this one time as well. Something went wrong and you have to sxet the owner of the database again (or change to another one and change back).

Meanwhile, please verify the account settings referring to the following document:
How to Move the OperationsManager Database in Operations Manager 2007

Please see the steps 9, 10 and 11 under the section “To move the OperationsManager database”.
Considering the issue is related to SQL Server and we have specified forum for SQL Server related issues and questions, it is also recommended that you
