Unable to login to DPM 2012 R2 Console other than "dpm_admin"

We are using SCOM 2012 R2 and DPM 2012 R2. DPM/SCOM Consoles are installed on client machine. Rights are already given to client in SCOM roles. I am able to login to DPM console from client machine with only one id "dpm_admin"(admin rights) but i am not able to login to DPM Console with any other user id (operator, tier1, tier2 etc) or any other admin id. Error details are mentioned below, any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Unable to connect to DPM Server Name (ID:33333)

1. Verify that the DPM service is running on this computer
2. Verify that the current has been added to at least one of the roles in scom
3. Open SCOM Console and then try launching the dpm console
4. If you have re-imported the mp recently the role configuration may be corrupted. Open the DPM specific roles
   and check if the roles have task assigned to them. If not delete the roles and recreate them.

Incorporating the DPM user roles using the SCOM user role approach is great way of integrating DPM into SCOM.

Below mentioned should be installed at client end :

  1. Dot net frame work 2.5
  2. Visual c++ 2008 redistributable
  3. Operations Manager Console

User should be part of AD, User should be added into SCOM & have a particular role assigned to it. (How to add roles in SCOM : On SCOM Server, execute DefaultRoleConfigurator.exe from C:\Program Files\Microsoft DPM\bin)(MP's should also be installed in SCOM)

**Also check DPM's DB server, that user is added there & account is enabled**

At client end first login to OM console, once you are logged in, login to DPM console. This will do it !!!!
