Unable to install software from the SCCM catalogue when connected via client VPN

Hello All,

I'm very new the SCCM so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with the below problem I'm having.

I have added my client VPN subnet as a ip subnet boundary but clients connecting with a client VPN are unable to install software from the SCCM catalogue and fails with the error 0x87D00607 (-2016410105). If I create a boundary for the physical ip address of the network card (My home network) I can install the software.

I take it that it's not be a requirement to create a boundary for my home network and only create a boundary for the VPN subnet.

I'm running SCCM 2012 R2 CU5.

Thanks

Tim

Try using an IP range boundary for the IP ranges that the VPN uses.  Does that fix the issue?

Give this article by Jason a read: http://blog.configmgrftw.com/ip-subnet-boundaries-still-evil/

He explains it much better than I can :)
